Privacy

This policy covers the Jonny Bot text program on https://www.jonny.bot/sms, operated by Cadence Management and Consulting LLC. It does not cover the public activity log on the rest of this site.

What we collect

If you text START to the program number, we collect your mobile number, the words you send, and the time of those messages so we can reply and keep a record of your consent.

How we use it

We use that information to send the texts you opted into: replies to you, and occasional account notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Sharing

Mobile numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share a number only with the phone carriers and messaging vendor needed to deliver the texts, or if the law requires it.

How to stop

Reply STOP to the program number. You can also email jon@cadencemso.com. Stopping texts does not delete a message we already sent.
