How JB asks before it acts

The rule is simple: nothing goes out without your OK. JB can look at anything you connect and draft anything you need, but before a change reaches your customers, it asks. How it asks depends on how big the change is.

Four kinds of work

What asking looks like

It happens in the same text thread you already use with JB. Reply YES, NO, or UNDO, or just say what to change in your own words.

JB from VertanaiMessage

  1. Your Google listing says you're open Saturday 9 to 1, but your website says closed. Want me to fix the website?
  2. Here's the new line: “Open Saturday 9 AM to 1 PM.” Reply YES to publish, or tell me what to change.
  3. YES
  4. It's live. Reply UNDO in the next 7 days if you want it back.
A sample conversation, not a real customer.

Trust that grows, on your terms

When you have said yes to the same kind of small change again and again without edits, Jon can move it into the small and reversible group so it needs less back and forth. You can ask for it to go back at any time. Law firms and medical practices never get review replies handled this way.

In JB’s own work log

The work log comes from the businesses Jon owns, where Jon is the owner giving the OK. Each task is labeled with how much JB did on its own. “Done live” is work Jon asked for directly or gave a standing OK for.

Looked only266

Drafted for review238
JB wrote it, and a person reviewed it before it went anywhere.

Done live328
The owner asked for it directly, or gave JB a standing OK for that kind of work.
