iMessage AI: a business agent that lives in your texts

You already check your texts. You don’t check another dashboard. So JB, the AI business development agent from Vertana, lives in iMessage. It shows up as JB from Vertana in your messages, with its own contact card, and you text it the way you would text a colleague.

JB keeps you found on Google and ChatGPT, sorts every new lead, drafts your emails, and answers your questions about the money. Nothing goes out without your OK.

An AI in iMessage, not another app

Most AI tools for small business are apps you have to open, learn, and remember to use. They hand the work back to you. A text thread works the other way around: JB brings you the next thing, already written, and you answer with a word.

JB from VertanaiMessage

  1. A new lead came in from your Google listing this morning. Dana Ruiz wants a quote on a fence repair in Aurora.
  2. Send her our estimate info and ask when she's home.
  3. Here's the draft. Do you want me to send it?
  4. Send it.
  5. How many jobs came from Google this month?
  6. Eleven so far, up from seven last month. Six of them were from the map results.
A sample conversation, not a real customer.

How you answer

Bigger changes go to Jon first. See how JB asks before it acts.

Questions

Is JB just ChatGPT in iMessage?
No. ChatGPT answers questions. JB does work for one business: it already knows your listing and your website, it comes to you with the next thing worth doing, and it checks that a fix actually went live. It uses AI models to do that, but it is set up for your business, not for general chat.
Is JB an iMessage bot that texts my customers?
No. JB's thread is with you, the owner. When something should go to a customer, like an email reply, JB drafts it and waits for your OK.
Do I need an iPhone?
Today JB texts over iMessage, so it works on iPhone and Mac. If you are on Android or a Windows computer, JB can email you instead.
Can JB send photos and links?
Yes. Photos and links come through in the thread like any other text.
What does it cost?
JB starts at $500 a month, month to month. The first look at your business is free.
